Share a board pack, business plan or strategy document and Five Exit Lenses identifies what would strengthen or weaken a buyer's confidence in the business — what your document evidences, what it only claims, what important evidence is missing, and the questions a buyer is likely to ask.

It works inside ChatGPT and gives you a quick buyer's-eye read of where the business looks convincing today — and where a buyer would want stronger evidence.

What the service does

Five Exit Lenses reads your document through five areas a buyer would examine:

• Revenue Quality — how dependable and defensible the revenue appears.
• Right to Win — whether there is evidence of genuine competitive advantage.
• Platform Optionality — whether there are credible avenues for future growth.
• Scalable Economics — whether growth translates into attractive economics.
• Execution Credibility — whether the evidence supports confidence in management's ability to deliver.

For each lens, it distinguishes evidence from assertion, identifies what is missing, and surfaces the questions a buyer would ask next.

It is free, needs no separate account and involves no human service.

What is not collected

• Your document, or any part of it, is never sent to Five Exit Lenses and is never retained by Five Exit Lenses. The document is handled within ChatGPT, subject to OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy practices.
• Five Exit Lenses does not collect names of people or companies, email addresses, IP addresses or account identifiers.
• No cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising.

What is kept

• Minimal pseudonymous usage metadata: a pseudonymous session identifier, a timestamp, document category (board pack, business plan, strategy document or other) and a coarse length band.
• Follow-up request wording, only with your explicit consent when asked (for example, "a deeper read of lens three"). If you do not consent, the follow-up wording is not stored. Only the fact that a follow-up was requested is recorded.

Retention period: This metadata is kept only to understand whether the service is useful. It is not shared with third parties and will be deleted no later than 31 March 2027.
